Country Fareways is family owned and operated since opening in 1996. It started out as a ‘water’ golf course where golfers would chip a ball into a 2’ by 4’ tub of water set in the ground instead of putting into a cup. We then added a putting green and decided that we needed to remove the ‘tubs’ and install all greens. With the help of Country Fare Landscaping and Excavating, we converted it to the ten hole par 3 golf course you see today. We kept the name ‘Country Fare, Inc.’ for our landscaping and excavating business and named the golf course ‘Country Fareways’ to keep it associated with our other businesses. Country Fare is frequently adding new tee boxes and bunkers to make your outing experience a bit diverse, especially if you are a recurrent customer.

Country Fareways is a great place to bring the whole family and a wonderful place to learn to golf. While the course is challenging for the experienced golfer, it is also beginner friendly. It’s a great place to improve your short game and takes only 90 minutes (sometimes less) for a twosome to complete one nine hole round. The course is beautifully laid out and it’s easy walking, although we do have power carts for those physically challenged golfers that need them. Power carts are available on a limited basis and advance reservations are required.
